The plane crashed near Medulin, probably due to lack of fuel.

A single-engine aircraft Beechcraft G36 Bonanza crashed near Medulin on June 4th while en route from Linz, Austria, to Medulin. According to the Air Accident Investigation (AIN), the damage to the propeller suggests the aircraft was no longer rotating at the time of impact. The investigation found no fuel in the tanks or elsewhere in the fuel system, and there was no evidence of fuel leakage, fire, or explosion. The aircraft followed air traffic control instructions during descent toward Medulin and showed no signs of issues until the crash. All four people on board were killed. The AIN will continue its investigation into the fuel supply process, forced landing procedures, and other circumstances relevant to clarifying the accident. It will also examine the condition of the aircraft and pilot before and after the incident, and will publish a final report upon completion.

Radarski zapis in komunikacija pilota s kontrolo letenja do trenutka padca nista pokazala nobenih znakov težav.

Preiskovalci so nemudoma odšli na kraj nesreče. Še isti dan so opravili ogled kraja nesreče in odprli uradno preiskavo. Do zdaj so poleg ogleda terena zbrali tudi posnetke pogovorov pilota s kontrolo letenja, načrt poleta, radarske zapise in vso drugo potrebno dokumentacijo.

V nadaljevanju preiskave bo AIN analizirala postopke oskrbe letala z gorivom, potek prisilnega pristanka in druge pomembne podrobnosti.

Medulin plane crash: Most likely cause identified

A plane crash occurred on June 4th near Medulin, Croatia, resulting in four Austrian fatalities. The aircraft, a Beechcraft G36 Bonanza with German registration D-ENTT, was flying from Lienz, Austria, to Medulin. Preliminary findings from the Croatian Agency for Investigation of Accidents in Aviation, Maritime, and Railway Transport (AIN) suggest the most likely causes were engine failure due to fuel shortage and unsuccessful forced landing attempts. Investigators noted no signs of fuel leakage or fire at the scene. The plane crashed into a grassy area approximately one kilometer southwest of the runway. The propeller showed damage indicating it did not operate at the moment of impact, and no fuel was found in the system or tanks. AIN has begun an official investigation and plans to release a final report after further analysis.

Bias read (Center): The article presents factual information about a plane crash and the preliminary findings of an official investigation conducted by the Croatian Agency for Investigation of Accidents. It does not take a clear ideological stance, nor does it emphasize any particular political angle. The focus remains

Why these scores (Factual 95 · Objective 85): High factuality as it accurately reports the findings from AIN, including fuel absence and crash details. Objectivity is good but slightly lower due to some emphasis on the tragic outcome.
