Maneskin, Victoria in court to get paid for Tim's commercial, Damiano in the red, but saved by the 2026 maxi-contracts.

Victoria De Angelis, the bassist of the Italian rock band Maneskin, has taken legal action against Armosia Italia, a production company controlled by Alessandro D'Amario and Rosaria Terrasi, seeking payment of 362,400 euros for her role as a spokesperson in Tim's 2024 campaign titled "La forza delle connessioni." The court in Rome issued an enforcement order on March 19, mandating the payment. The dispute does not involve Tim directly but rather the production firm responsible for creating the advertisement. Armosia Italia, known for producing films, commercials, and events for major clients such as Tim, Cdp, Enel, Netflix, and Disney, had previously used high-profile figures including Carlo Conti, Amadeus, Miriam Leone, and sports personalities like Luciano Spalletti and Pecco Bagnaia. The failure to pay for the 2024 spot significantly impacted the business operations of De Angelis’s solo company, Davic srl, which she established after the Maneskin decided to take a hiatus to allow members pursuing individual careers. In 2024, Davic generated revenue of 1.842 million euros with a profit of 167,120 euros. However, 2025 saw a sharp decline, with revenue dropping to just 408,768 euros, approximately one-quarter of the previous year, and profits shrinking further to 33,685 euros. With the court's recent decision, revenue is expected to rebound in 2026. Damiano David, the lead singer of Maneskin, faced his own financial challenges in 2025. His solo music company, Humans 23 srl, saw its revenue halve from 1.205 million euros in 2024 to 601,503 euros in 2025. More critically, the company recorded its first-ever loss of 124,016 euros compared to a profit of 15,283 euros in the prior year. Net assets turned negative by 98,733 euros, prompting Damiano to set aside 108,733 euros by August 20 to cover past losses. According to his brother Jacopo David, who manages the company while working as an insurance technician at La Cascina cooperative, the outlook for 2026 is positive. Jacopo noted that the company has secured contracts worth more than two million euros, surpassing the combined output of the previous two years. The collective success of Maneskin has waned since their nearly two-year hiatus. Their joint music company, Maneskin Empire srl, experienced a dramatic drop in revenue from 8.567 million euros in 2024 to just 244,154 euros in 2025. Profits fell sharply from 423,507 euros to 19,652 euros. The decline is attributed to the lack of new album releases, concerts, or other live activities during the year. The administrator, who is also Victoria's father, explained that the results reflect the limited activity of the group, which did not publish albums or organize events in 2025. Fans have been eagerly awaiting an announcement of the band's return, though no official statement has yet been made.
