Man who murdered stepmother's ex and ate finger jailed

Gabriel Brown, a 35-year-old man with a history of mental health issues and prior convictions for sexual offenses, has been sentenced to life imprisonment for the brutal murder of Joseph Ernest Johnston, 58, in Annan, Dumfries and Gallowway.
