Kurti: `Rilindja` arkivë e çmuar e historiografisë shqiptare

Albin Kurti, acting Prime Minister of Kosovo, praised the daily newspaper 'Rilindja', calling it a valuable historical archive of Albanian historiography and the development of the written Albanian language. In a Facebook post, he highlighted the publication's role over more than four decades as a significant historical asset, contributing to social emancipation and the cultivation of the written Albanian language. He emphasized that alongside the University of Prishtina and the Academy of Sciences and Arts of Kosovo, 'Rilindja' has provided professional and national knowledge, serving as a reference that transcends time. Kurti also mentioned commemorating 'Rilindja' as a newspaper and publishing house, and discussing the importance of historical reporting and coverage of historical events, coinciding with the 36th anniversary of the June 2 Declaration. He invited former journalists, editors, and authors from 'Rilindja' such as Binak Kelmendin, Ibrahim Kadriun, Evliana Beranin, Dush Gashin, Mehmet Gjatën, and Emine Berishën to a meeting.
