Kano State Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf has officially appointed the Emir of Rano, Alhaji Ambassador Muhammad Isa Umar, as the Amirul Hajj for 2027. The appointment took place at the Rano Emirate after the Emir’s eldest son, Muhammad Abubakar Isa, was married and turbaned on Friday.
