Švicarski farmacevtski velikan Sandoz je načrtoval gradnjo novih proizvodnih zmogljivosti za učinkovine podobnih bioloških zdravil v Ljubljani, vrednih 258 milijonov evrov. Novi center bo omogočal klinično in komercialno proizvodnjo ter se vzpostavil leta 2029. Naložba je del cilja Bio100, s katerim namerava Sandoz povečati svoje možnosti na področju podobnih bioloških zdravil.
