Harrow International School Appi Japan Celebrates Historic First Graduation

Harrow International School Appi Japan recently marked a historic moment with its first-ever graduation ceremony, celebrating the achievements of its inaugural class of 34 students. The event took place in Hachimantai, located in Iwate Prefecture, northern Japan, where the school has been operating since its opening in August 2022. This milestone represents a significant step forward for British-style boarding education in Asia, as the institution stands as the sole full-boarding British international school in Japan.

The graduating class consists of students from 12 different nationalities, reflecting the school’s commitment to fostering a multicultural learning environment. Among these, 64 offers were from universities listed in the QS World University Rankings Top 100.
