Headache for passengers: Ljubljana's many railway stations closed by the end of August

Due to maintenance and construction work, several sections of the Kamniška and Dolenjska viaducts in Ljubljana, as well as the main part of the city's railway station, will be closed throughout August. Most train services will be suspended, with alternative bus transfers organized to accommodate passengers, though travel times are expected to increase. The most significant changes will occur between August 9th and 30th. On August 31st, all passenger trains, including those from the Dolenjska direction, will return to the central platforms of Ljubljana's railway station. Temporary platforms at the intersection of Masarykova Street and Njegoševo Street will be discontinued.
