H., a 39-year-old local resident, was arrested on suspicion of illegal production and distribution of narcotics. The operation, codenamed 'Sensei,' was conducted by the Department for Combating Drug Abuse under the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Canton of Sarajevo, supervised by the Cantonal Prosecution Office.
