The drugs were discovered in a vehicle with Slovenian license plates entering Croatia. Three individuals, a 32-year-old Slovenian driver and two passengers, a 28-year-old and a 23-year-old citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina, were arrested during a nighttime stop on September 1st. During the inspection of the vehicle, police suspected drug smuggling and detained all three. The search was conducted under a court order issued by the District Court in Slavonski Brod. A total of 4,593.25 grams of amphetamine, known as 'speed,' was seized. Following forensic investigation, the three suspects were handed over to the pre-trial custody of the Brodsko-Posavska Police Station. U vozilu su bili tri strana državljana – 32-godišnja državljanka Slovenije i dvojica državljana Bosne i Hercegovine.
