The decision was upheld by the LDA’s designated court, known as the Vihit Pradhikari. Jawahar Bhawan, a prominent government building in Lucknow, has long served as a central point for administrative functions. Its location in the historic Hazratganj district adds significance to its role in the city’s governance. The recent fire has raised concerns about the safety standards and maintenance practices of such critical structures. Local officials have emphasized the importance of prioritizing rescue operations over other activities during emergencies, a directive echoed by the state chief minister in a previous statement regarding disaster management protocols. Meanwhile, in Spain, a separate but equally severe crisis unfolded as the country faced its largest wildfire of the year. The blaze, which began on Wednesday in the Cinco Villas region, has since consumed approximately 16,000 hectares of land. Over 1,100 residents have been evacuated as part of ongoing efforts to protect communities from the encroaching flames. The fire has forced the relocation of people in five municipalities within Zaragoza and one in the neighboring Navarre region, with the affected area spanning a perimeter of roughly 60 kilometers.
