Family in the woods, the Court: Immediately daytime entries for the children in Palmoli's house. From October also at night

The Italian court has issued a ruling allowing three children from a family living in a forest ('famiglia nel bosco') to gradually return home to Palmoli. The decision, made by the Juvenile Court in Aquila, includes immediate daytime visits and weekend stays starting in October. The legal representative, Simone Pillon, stated that all previous concerns had been addressed, including resolved housing issues and the parents' voluntary commitment to child-rearing. The children, who have lived in a foster home in Vasto for nearly nine months, were initially removed due to health and educational risks, including lack of schooling, medical care, and fluency in Italian. The parents recently moved into a house provided by the municipality and are working on building a new home. Despite multiple requests for reunification, the court has yet to finalize the decision.
