In 2022, she was nominated for the Heart of Sarajevo award for her performance in the television series Močvara. Among her notable film titles are Nećeš biti sama by Goran Stolevski, which premiered at Sundance, and Domaćinstvo za početnike, presented at the Venice Film Festival. She has also appeared in international films such as Nico by Eline Gehring, Family Secrets by Malika Vitthal, and Reply by Jason Lester. Matthijs Wouter Knol, a respected Dutch filmmaker, producer, editor, and journalist, has served as the Director of the European Film Academy since 2021. Since 2001, he has worked in Amsterdam as a creative producer and associate producer on 30 award-winning documentary films, collaborating with directors such as Heddy Honigmann, Maria Augusta Ramos, and Mani Kaul. For ARTE, he co-produced a digital edition of 40 restored works by Dutch documentarian Johan van der Keuken and was awarded the Prix Cahiers du Cinéma in 2006. He is part of a leading team at the European Film Academy, contributing to its mission of promoting cinematic excellence across Europe.
