ARThe 2026 season of the Aura Cycle continues to establish itself as one of the most internationally recognized spaces for classical music. On August 3, the Teatro Colón will host a highly anticipated event featuring Spanish tenor Xabier Anduaga, South Korean soprano Hera Park, and the newly formed Aura Orchestra under the direction of Constantine Orbelian. The concert will showcase works by composers such as Rossini, Donizetti, Verdi, Massenet, Bizet, Manuel de Falla, Sorozábal, and Penella, highlighting various European musical traditions including Italian bel canto, French lyricism, and Spanish melody. Xabier Anduaga, celebrated as one of the most dazzling bel canto tenors of his generation, has performed at prestigious venues like La Scala in Milan, the Royal Opera House in London, the Paris Opera, and the Metropolitan Opera in New York. Hera Park, a refined soprano trained at the Juilliard School, has performed at the Bavarian State Opera and recently released her album 'Breathe'.
