Meanwhile, in Nova Gorica, a new project titled "Stebri miru" (Pillars of Peace) has been launched, adding another layer to the cultural landscape. Over 250,000 pillars of peace have been erected in more than 200 countries worldwide, with two additional ones standing in Nova Gorica and Gorica. These structures convey a unified message: "May peace prevail on Earth." The initiative was led by the Rotary Club of Nova Gorica in collaboration with the Rotary Club of Gorica, KUD Manifest, Rotary Slovenia, the Municipality of Nova Gorica, the Municipality of Gorica, and KD 3kolektivom.
