Ecatepec recovers Tulpetlac Extension Park; free activities will be provided for the community

Ecatepec has completed the rehabilitation of a recreational park in the Ampliación Tulpetlac neighborhood, marking one of many such efforts aimed at restoring public spaces across the municipality. The park spans 1,139 square meters and includes newly painted playground equipment, a basketball court, repainted boards, and landscaping improvements. The mayor, Azucena Cisneros Coss, presented the revitalized space to the community during a ceremony. She emphasized the importance of maintaining the park as a place for both recreation and social interaction. "This is a small park, but it has many elements because here there is room for exercise, for children’s play, for families to gather," she said. The mayor highlighted the need for ongoing maintenance, ensuring that residents can continue using the space for daily activities and communal life. During her remarks, the mayor informed residents that additional infrastructure projects are underway to improve water distribution systems.
