DFB coach Nagelsmann excludes resignation after World Cup disaster

Julian Nagelsmann has categorically ruled out stepping down as Germany's national team coach following their early exit from the World Cup after a defeat to Paraguay in the round of 16. Nagelsmann took charge of the German national team in September 2023, leading them to the quarterfinals of the European Championship held in Germany in 2024, where they were defeated by Spain. Following that tournament, Nagelsmann declared the pursuit of the World Cup title as his goal.
