Her first admission occurred on July 22 while she was in Monte Carlo, followed by another on July 28 in Sardinia shortly after the child was handed over to her. The reasons for her latest hospitalization have not been officially disclosed, though it is believed to be related to accumulated stress from recent weeks. The custody dispute between Del Vecchio and Soldati centers around their daughter. On July 27, the Civil Court of Milan ordered that the child be handed over to her mother by the following afternoon. This transfer took place at the Port of Porto Cervo, where both parents met. The girl is expected to remain with Soldati until August 10, when a court hearing will assess whether to modify the placement and visitation arrangements for the child. Del Vecchio accompanied his daughter to her mother, fulfilling the court's order after Soldati filed a complaint against him. The legal battle continues as both sides seek to assert their rights regarding the child's welfare and living conditions. There are conflicting accounts regarding the night the child spent in the hospital. Annamaria Bernardini de Pace, representing Soldati alongside Luca Procaccini, explained that her client felt unwell in Sardinia and was directed to a better-equipped facility. At San Raffaele, a room was prepared to accommodate both the mother and the child, along with the maternal grandmother. According to the lawyer, the child did not sleep in a transport crate, as claimed by the opposing side, but in a specially prepared bed. Once supervision was arranged, the child was taken to her mother’s home in Milan, where Del Vecchio could have visited her. However, Del Vecchio's lawyers, Domenico Aiello and Daniela Missaglia, dispute this account. They argue that no agreement was reached to leave the child with her grandmother and that Del Vecchio, already in Milan, was available to care for the child during her mother’s hospital stay. They accuse Soldati’s legal team of initially stating the child was already in an apartment, despite still being in the hospital. In response to these allegations, Aiello and Missaglia have announced legal actions against Bernardini de Pace for false accusations, defamation, and slander.
