Čović supported the Resolution on Croats in BiH

President of the Croatian Democratic Union of Bosnia and Herzegovina (HDZ BiH), Dragan Čović, has expressed support for a resolution passed by the Croatian Parliament (Sabor) aimed at strengthening the political position of Croats within Bosnia and Herzegovina. The resolution calls for the establishment of a Croatian electoral unit to end the practice of Bosniaks electing Croat representatives, a situation exemplified by the election of Željko Komšić.
