CNA sesizează Poliția. Cazul unei influencerițe care se dădea medic pe Instagram și cel al unei femei prezentate drept „doctor” la Etno TV fără să fie

The Romanian National Council for Audiovisual Media (CNA) has reported two cases involving individuals falsely presenting themselves as doctors to promote products. The first case involves influencer Ştefania Drăghici, who claimed to be a dermatologist on Instagram while promoting a cosmetic product containing azelaic acid. The second case concerns Oana Nemeș, who was repeatedly presented as a doctor on Etno TV’s health program despite not being registered in Romania’s medical registry. Both cases were investigated by the College of Physicians (CMR), which confirmed neither individual holds valid medical registration. CNA requested clarification from platforms and institutions, leading to calls for stricter enforcement against misleading professional claims. Etno TV’s director stated that Oana Nemeș is no longer presented as a doctor in their programs.
