Laptops are provided to the best graduates: Trstenik Municipality rewards students of the generation

Students from elementary and secondary schools within the municipality of Trstenik were honored at a ceremony organized by the local government. The event recognized their outstanding academic achievements during their education. Mala matura za osmake počinje danas polaganjem testa iz maternjeg jezika, što predstavlja prvi korak u procesu završnog ispita za učenike osmog razreda osnovnih škola u Srbiji. Po programu, završni ispit traje do 17. juna, a uključuje tri testa: prvi je test iz srpskog jezika i književnosti, drugi iz matematike, a treći iz izbornog predmeta koji su odabrali učenici – biologije, geografije, istorije, fizike ili hemije. Testovi se provode u okviru strogo definisanih procedura, koje obezbeđuju bezbednu distribuciju, čuvanje i kontrolu testova, kao i jedinstvena pravila polaganja koja važe na teritoriji cele Srbije.

Učenici su dužni da na mesto polaganja dođu najkasnije do 8.30 časova, a ako zakasne, može pristupiti ispitu najkasnije do 9.30 časova, uz odobrenje direktora škole, ali bez produženja vremena za rad. Završni ispit polažu svi učenici koji završavaju osmi razred, kao i odrasli koji stiču osnovno obrazovanje u skladu sa zakonom. Za učenike na dužem kućnom ili bolničkom lečenju, polaganje se organizuje u kućnim ili bolničkim uslovima, uz posebne mere kontrole, uključujući zapečaćene koverte i video-snimanje otvaranja testova. Ako učenici iz opravdanih razloga ne pristupe polaganju u junskom roku, mogu ga obaviti u avgustovskom roku, uz iste procedure kao i u junskom roku.

Supervizija sprovođenja završnog ispita vrši se u nedelji od 15. do 22. juna, a preliminarni rezultati biće objavljeni 19. juna. U isti dan, učenici mogu podneti prigovore na preliminarne rezultate elektronskim putem i neposredno u osnovnoj školi. Konačni rezultati će biti objavljeni 22. juna, a 23. i 24. juna maturanti će elektronskim putem popuniti liste opredeljenja (želja) koje će predati u svojoj osnovnoj školi. Raspored učenika po srednjim školama obaviće se 29. juna, a nakon toga i upis. Za upis u srednju školu vrednuje se uspeh iz osnovne škole – šesti, sedmi i osmi razred, kao i uspeh na završnom ispitu. Osmaci iz osnovne škole maksimalno mogu da ponesu 60 bodova, dok na završnom ispitu mogu da ostvare maksimalno 40 bodova.

Prema Planu upisa, u srednjim školama ima 71.614 slobodnih mesta, a osmi razred, kako navode iz Ministarstva prosvete, završava nešto više od 64.400 osmaka. U gimnazijama ima oko 17.000 slobodnih mesta, od čega je u specijalizovanim odeljenjima gimnazije planirano blizu 3.000 mesta. Četvorogodišnje srednje stručne škole imaju 40.000 slobodnih mesta, a u muzičkim, baletskim i likovnim školama ima ukupno 1.770 mesta. Broj mesta u obrazovnim profilima u trogodišnjem trajanju je oko 14.000, dok je više od 800 mesta u školama u dvogodišnjem i trogodišnjem trajanju obezbeđeno za učenike sa smetnjama u razvoju i invaliditetom. Za učenike koji žele da se obrazuju po dualnom modelu obrazovanja slobodno je nešto više od 3.000 mesta.

Ministar prosvete Dejan Vuk Stanković rekao je ranije da je sve spremno za polaganje završnog ispita za osmake i da u srednjim školama ima dovoljno mesta da se upišu svi učenici koji završavaju osmi razred. Završni ispit organizuje se u osnovnoj školi, a u posebnim slučajevima u srednjoj školi ili drugom objektu koji ispunjava propisane uslove, poput sportske hale ili doma kulture, a svi učenici jedne škole polažu ispit na istoj lokaciji koju određuje okružna komisija. U svakoj klupi sedi samo jedan učenik, a razmak između klupa mora biti najmanje 1,2 metra. Posebna pažnja posvećena je identifikaciji učenika i zaštiti regularnosti ispita, pa shodno tome svaki test ima identifikacionu omotnicu, a učenici koriste personalizovane QR nalepnice sa jedinstvenim identifikacionim brojem. Učenici su dužni da na ispit ponesu potreban pribor za rad, đačku knjižicu i identifikacione nalepnice (Obrazac 41). Tokom ispita dežuraju nastavnici iz drugih škola, što predstavlja dodatni mehanizam kontrole.

Učenici iz Niša, kao i drugi učenici širom Srbije, su izrazili zadovoljstvo prema organizaciji završnog ispita. Direktorka Osnovne škole "Branko Miljković", Tijana Ranđelović, navela je da je atmosfera među učenicima bila malo opuštenija, jer je treći dan polaganja, a i procedura je bila uigrana. Ona je naglasila da su svi učenici izašli na prijemni ispit, a najveće interesovanje među učenicima je bilo za gimnazije, potom medicinsku, saobraćajno-tehničku, elektrotehničku i pravno-poslovnu školu, dok je najmanje interesovanje za trogodišnja zanimanja. Savetovala je učenicima da popune svih 20 mogućnosti za želje, kako bi imali najveću šansu za upis u srednju školu. Učenici su takođe izrazili zadovoljstvo prema testovima, a mnogi su smatrani da su uradili testove bolje nego probni. Učenici iz Osnovne škole "Bubanjski heroji" u Nišu su izrazili da je test iz matematike bio lakši nego probni, a da je bilo manje treme nego na prvom danu.
