House, the standard for housing support for separated parents is ready

Italy’s government has finalized legislation aimed at providing housing support for divorced or separated parents with children living under their care, according to officials at the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport. It aims to address the challenges faced by parents who lose their primary residence after a legal split, often leaving them unable to afford alternative housing. Eligible candidates must have a valid rental agreement and should not possess another property within a 50-kilometer radius of their former residence.
