British cyclist Finlay Tarling (19) dies in Tour of Portugal crash

British cyclist Finlay Tarling, 19, has died after a serious crash during the eighth stage of the Tour of Portugal, according to race organisers and local authorities. The incident occurred on a stretch of road between Melgaço and Fafe, near the rear of the peloton. The race was temporarily halted with approximately 20 kilometres remaining, as officials investigated the circumstances surrounding the accident.
