The local community of Podblica, along with the mixed choir 'Mešani pevski zbor sv. Tilna' from the cultural society 'Jožeta Paplerja Besnica', and the parish of Besnica organized a festive celebration of National Day at Jamnik on June 25th. The event began with a Mass celebrated by the local priest Igor Jereb. Following the Mass, there was a rich cultural program featuring performances by the choir under the direction of Janez Fabijan, soprano Andreja Nika Fabijan accompanied by pianist Ema Šavli, flutist Jasmin Kordež, and harmonica player Filip Pintar. The program was curated by Anica Kordež. The event included musical contributions from the bell tower, with melodies played by the residents of Kamne Gorice.
Bias read (Center): The article reports on a local celebration of National Day, which is a politically charged subject due to its association with national identity and statehood. However, the framing remains neutral, focusing on the organization and participants of the event without taking a clear ideological stance.
