Additionally, Infivalle has been honored internationally with the ALIDE 2023 award for its work in replacing illicit crops with productive alternatives in Nariño, benefiting 650 families. The President’s Office also awarded Infivalle the National High Management Award for its governance and administrative management capabilities.

According to the Departmental National Planning Office (DNP), the Institute for Regional Development of the Valle del Cauca (Infivalle) achieved the highest score among regional financial institutions in the country for managing royalties projects during the first quarter of 2026. The evaluation was conducted through the Index of Royalty Project Management (IGPR), an instrument used by the DNP to measure key indicators such as project approval, contracting, physical and financial execution, and completion rates. The achievement marks Infivalle as the top-performing institution within the group of Financial Institutions for Regional Development and Growth (Infis) nationwide. This recognition comes from the National Association of Financial Institutions for Regional Development and Territorial Promotion (Asoinfis), which represents these entities. The association confirmed that Infivalle reached a perfect score of 100 out of 100 points, placing it at the forefront of all participating organizations. Giovanny Ramírez, Infivalle’s manager, highlighted the ongoing efforts within the organization. He noted that the high rating reflects zero delays, strict adherence to schedules, and complete transparency in contracts. According to Asoinfis, Infivalle shares the top national position with the Institute for Regional Development of the North (IFC), which scored 98 points. The IFC surpassed other decentralized conventional operators. In addition to this domestic recognition, Infivalle has previously received international acclaim. In 2023, it won the ALIDE award in Honduras for its initiative promoting legal crop alternatives, such as Hass avocado and Tahiti lime, in Policarpa, Nariño. The project benefited 650 rural families using funds from the Peace Fund (OCAD Paz). The President's Office also honored Infivalle with the National High Management Award, recognizing its governance and administrative management capabilities. This accolade underscores the institution’s consistent performance and commitment to effective public resource utilization. The IGPR assessment revealed that Infivalle’s performance aligns with results from the Integrated Planning and Management Model (MIPG) 2025, led by the Administrative Department of Public Function and the DNP. Based on this model, the analysis showed a cluster of excellence, with several institutions leading in institutional management. Among them, Infivalle ranked first with 90 points, followed by Infihuila (89), Inficaldas (88), Idea (88), and Infimanizales (88). These were closely trailed by solid performances from Ifinorte (83), Infibagué (82), Ideboy (78), and the IFC (76). This comprehensive evaluation highlights the efficiency and effectiveness of Infivalle’s financial structure, reinforcing its role as a benchmark for other regional financial institutions. The success continues to build upon previous achievements, demonstrating a sustained commitment to quality and accountability in public service delivery.
