In this context, Hyundai has unveiled its latest offering, the 2027 Elantra, known as the Avante in South Korea. The car was officially presented in South Korea and marks a significant step forward for the brand in terms of design, technology, and safety.

Hyundai’s new Elantra features a more refined aesthetic, advanced technological capabilities, and top-tier safety systems. It aims to provide drivers with a more immersive and comprehensive driving experience. The vehicle is designed to appeal to consumers looking for a blend of style, performance, and modern convenience. One of the most notable aspects of the 2027 model is its broader stance, which gives it a more athletic and futuristic appearance. The exterior design of the Elantra is equally impressive, featuring 18-inch alloy wheels, LED headlights and taillights, a square-shaped ducktail spoiler, and six new body color options. Its dimensions reflect a shift towards the mid-size sedan category, with a length of 4.76 meters, a width of 1.85 meters, a height of 1.42 meters, and a wheelbase of 2.75 meters. Technologically, the car is equipped with a 14.6-inch touchscreen display, with an optional smaller 12.9-inch screen, along with high-end features such as a Bang & Olufsen sound system, built-in camera, dual wireless charging, and 100W USB ports. The infotainment system is powered by two new technologies: the "Pleos Connect" software and the "Gleo AI" assistant, enhancing user interaction and convenience.

Safety is another critical focus area for the new Elantra. The vehicle integrates ten airbags, intelligent cruise control, emergency braking, parking assistance with memory inversion, blind spot monitoring, and other driver-assistance technologies. These features collectively aim to create a safer driving environment and reduce the likelihood of accidents.

The 2027 Elantra is set to begin sales in South Korea later this year. While its availability in Mexico remains uncertain, it is anticipated to reach the Mexican market sometime in 2027.
