A veteran Victoria Police officer faces serious paedophilia charges after being found guilty of breaching bail conditions by secretly accessing pornography and childcare websites, a court heard on September 3, 2026. Riccardo “Rick” Rossi, a 68-year-old protective service officer based in Frankston North, has been charged with 17 counts of child abuse, including the repeated sexual assault of a two-year-old child.
