The Black Cube Affair is getting a new chapter, Knovs already with action

Na podlagi več različnih virov, ki zajemajo dogodke v zvezi s podatki o aferi Black Cube in razpravo med poslankama Svobode Janjo Slugo in poslancom SDS Žanom Mahničem, se razvija kompleksna situacija, v kateri se prekrivajo politične, varnostne in pravne aspekte. V torek, 8. juniju 2026, je Sluga poslancu SDS Žanu Mahniču očitala zlorabo pooblastil, kršitev zakona in poslovnika, ko je na seji DZ razpravljal o podatkih, s katerimi naj bi se seznanil na seji Knovsa. Mahnič je namreč na izredni seji DZ spregovoril o aferi Black Cube in med drugim dejal, da ni "niti enega dokaza, in to smo tisti, ki smo bili včeraj (v sredo op. a.) na komisiji za nadzor obveščevalnih in varnostnih služb, slišali, da je te posnetke posnela agencija Black Cube". V nadaljevanju razprave je dejal tudi, da "se govori", da so bile na teh posnetkih "še zelo zanimive osebe", in da se izjemno veseli epiloga te afere "glede na slišano včeraj na Knovsu in glede na to, da smo bili zelo konstruktivni in smo se določene stvari vnaprej dogovorili".

Sluga pa je v današnji izjavi navajala, da je Knovs na prvi seji obravnaval "zgolj in samo poročilo o delu in finančnem poslovanju Slovenske obveščevalno-varnostne agencije (Sova) za lani, ne pa posebne točke o aferi Black Cube, kot bi bilo mogoče sklepati iz Mahničeve razprave". "Ker Knovs v zvezi s to zadevo ni opravil posebne obravnave in se ni seznanil z novimi dejstvi, tudi ni bilo nobene potrebe, da bi o tem seznanjala javnost. Obžalujem, da je to nepooblaščeno in brez moje vednosti ali dogovora na seji ter, kar je še huje, s svojo reinterpretacijo, ki omogoča neresnice, špekulacije in manipulacije, to storil poslanec Mahnič," je zapisala Sluga.

Mahniču je tako očita, da je s svojo razpravo zlorabil pooblastila in kršil zakon o parlamentarnem nadzoru obveščevalnih in varnostnih služb ter poslovnika Knovsa in DZ. Ker mora Knovs pri svojem delu spoštovati navedene akte, "še posebej, ko gre za tako pomembne obveščevalno-varnostne zadeve, kot je afera Black Cube", je predsednika DZ Zorana Stevanovića zaprosila, "da v bodoče prepreči tovrstne zlorabe in da na naslednji plenarni seji DZ poslance opomni na z zakonodajo in poslovnikom skladno ravnanje s tajnimi podatki". Prav tako naj opozori poslance na varnostno kulturo pri obravnavi gradiv Knovsa, je dodala v sporočilu za javnost.
