Punk-Metal-Party auf der Martinska mit den Legenden Zero, GBH und den Cro-Mags

Punk-metal lineup led by legends Nula, GBH and Cro-Mags kicks off this weekend's Martin's Punk Meets Extreme festival. The three-day event runs from Thursday, July 23rd, through Saturday, July 25th, with performances taking place near Šibenik. A total of 11 bands will perform across the three days, offering a clear genre breakdown: Thursday and Friday focus on punk and hardcore, while Saturday is dedicated to metal and its subgenres. The opening night features local punk legends Nula, who have been carrying the torch of the regional anarcho-punk scene since the early 1990s. Their raw energy and uncompromising sound continue to resonate with fans. Joining them on stage will be emerging acts such as PuP GRUPA and Bongorodica, both of whom represent the evolving landscape of Croatian punk. Friday's lineup includes the legendary British band GBH, one of the key pioneers of street and hardcore punk. Known for their unfiltered intensity and relentless energy, GBH has left an indelible mark on alternative music since the 1980s. They will share the stage with several other notable acts including Scuffy Dogs, Sveto Dalmatinski, Novi Normalni, and Kriva Istina, each bringing their own distinct take on the genre. Saturday promises a heavy dose of metal and hardcore, with the arrival of American legends Cro-Mags. As pioneers who merged the aggression of New York hardcore with the weight of thrash metal in the late 1980s, Cro-Mags revolutionized the direction of the genre. They will be joined by bands such as Stratus, Nikola’s Cage, and Zimogroz, all contributing to the intense atmosphere of the final day of the festival. Each evening, the headliners, Nula, GBH, and Cro-Mags, take the stage at 10 p.m., ensuring a powerful conclusion to each day's proceedings. The festival offers multiple ticket options, with a festival pass available for 75 euros during pre-sale. Daily passes cost 15 euros for Thursday, 35 euros for Friday and Saturday individually, and a weekend pass valid for Friday and Saturday priced at 65 euros. Group tickets are also available, offering five festival passes for the price of four. Tickets can be purchased through the Stereoticket platform or at all Entrio sales points. Attendees purchasing festival passes receive camping space at the venue included in the price. The event continues to draw attention from fans of extreme music, with anticipation building ahead of the performances. The festival aims to provide a unique experience, combining the raw power of punk and metal with the natural setting of its location.
