Das Nationale Untersuchungsbüro (NPU) hat in der Rechtssache Roka Snežiča v Dars na Specializirano državno tožilstvo RS einen Bericht nach § 148/10 des Gesetzes über das Strafverfahren (ZKP) eingereicht.

Die Polizei so bestätigt, dass die spezialisierte Staatsanwaltschaft in der Angelegenheit einen Bericht gemäß dem Gesetz über das Strafverfahren geschickt hat, dass konkrete oder bestimmte körperliche Verletzungen aufgrund der Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten nicht zur Folge haben.
Rok Snežič sagte in seinem Schreiben an die STA, dass der neue Direktor der NPU einen Bericht an das Gericht geschickt habe, der ein Jahr zuvor erwartet worden war, dass die Dars Polizei keine Beweise vorgelegt habe, dass Rok Snežič an das ausländische SDS 90.000 Euro gefordert habe. Spezialisierte staatliche Gerichte hätten auf der Grundlage des Polizeiberichts nun entschieden, dass die Angelegenheit beendet sein müsse, aber zusätzliche Erläuterungen oder weitere Schritte erforderlich seien. Snežič erklärte auch, dass es sich um eine politisch organisierte Angelegenheit handele, mit dem Ziel, Valentina Hajdinjaka zu entfernen, die Diskreditierung des SDS in der NSI zu verhindern und die Aufmerksamkeit auf andere Probleme in diesem Bereich zu lenken.
