Based on his information, Lara Rodríguez named Governor Salomón Jara Cruz, Secretary of Government Jesús Romero López, and the state government’s legal advisor Geovany Vásquez Sagrero as responsible parties. A file was created to track the case, according to the office. Among the alleged oversights is a complaint Leyva submitted to the FGR, which the DDHPO requested updates on. They were told the case had been declined. Additionally, the office reportedly made five requests for protective measures for Leyva, none of which were fulfilled.
