Previously, Busso led the Group REAG, now known as Kroll, a global leader in real estate consulting and valuation services. His professional journey includes teaching in prestigious programs at SDA Bocconi, LUISS Business School, and Politecnico di Milano, where he has contributed to academic discourse on real estate due diligence. Additionally, he serves as President of the Unione Sportiva Salernitana 1919 and is a member of the editorial board of Espansione and Banche&Finanza, demonstrating his involvement beyond business into sports and media.
