He stated that despite the issuance of incentives through a decree, the lack of confidence generated by the administration has significantly impacted potential investments. “We must tell the truth,” he remarked, “the current government has done everything possible to make Colombia an undesirable destination for investment.” This exchange highlights growing tensions between the outgoing administration and business leaders, who argue that policies have not translated into tangible results.
